We tried a handful of new fall cocktails across the Plaza, and these rose to the top.

Tamarindo Del Mar: Smokey Coolada
Made with mezcal, coconut purée, and pineapple, this drink bridges the gap between summer and fall. The mezcal brings a warm smokiness, while the creamy coconut and subtle pineapple add just enough freshness—especially when paired with Tamarindo’s locally loved Mole.

Each year, Il Fornaio Del Mar releases a special holiday cocktail menu, and this season the Bianco Natale is the standout. Made with VOV zabajone, Conciere brandy, alpine amaro, half-and-half, cinnamon, and cocoa, this traditional Italian holiday drink might just have you ordering a second round.
