La Jolla’s The Cottage, which has been a popular breakfast/lunch attraction for more than 30 years, will expand its brand to a third location in Del Mar Plaza in June (an Encinitas location opened in 2022). Valley Farm Market, a specialty gourmet market and butcher shop in Spring Valley and La Jolla, will open its third location next summer at Del Mar Plaza. Owned by three generations of the Marso family of Spring Valley since 1956, Valley Farm sells groceries and has a butcher shop and fish market, as well as a full-service delicatessen with fresh-caught seafood items such as ceviches and poke bowls. 1555 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar. valleyfarmmarkets.com
