Del Mar Plaza Reopening Update – March 2021

Update, March 21st:

On March 21st, San Diego County was placed into Tier 3, also known as the orange tier, of the State’s tier system due to a decrease in COVID cases in the Southern California region. Indoor dining will be permitted with social distancing guidelines in place with a maximum occupancy of 50%. All restaurants will continue to offer outdoor dining, takeout and delivery options for your continued enjoyment. Be sure to visit their website or contact them directly for updated hours and menus.

In addition, retailers will be permitted to open with reduced capacity.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely, and our collective businesses will be following the CDC’s recommended guidelines to keep both customers and employees safe. While our tenant’s each have their own specific requirements and sanitation practices (which are available on their individual websites and social media pages), Del Mar Plaza will be taking measures as well. These include:

  • – Increased cleaning and disinfecting measures, especially at high-trafficked areas
  • – Providing sanitation stations throughout the property
  • – Modified outdoor gathering spaces to support social distancing measures
  • – Encouraging all our guests to wear masks, opt for contactless payment technologies whenever possible, and continue to practice social distancing while visiting with us

During this exciting time of inviting you back to Del Mar Plaza, we are committed to staying in constant communication. If you have specific questions not addressed here or on our website, please reach out to us by calling 858-847-2284 or sending us a message online.
