However, if you can’t make it to a class, there’s no need to worry! We’ve done some digging and found a recipe for Porcini Mushroom Risotto, created by Il Fornaio’s Executive Chef, Maurizio Mazzon. It’s a relatively simple recipe that comes together quickly, but the dish is also sophisticated enough for any special occasion.
Luckily, the recipe calls for ingredients you likely already have around your home, including white wine (which we recommend sipping as you cook).
