Seaside Sessions
Del Mar Plaza will be bringing back its much-loved Seaside Sessions this summer. Beginning July 12, you can check out a rotating lineup of local artists as they play out on our ocean-view deck every Thursday and some Saturday evenings. Dine at one of our award-winning restaurants, watch the sun set, and let the music be the soundtrack to a relaxing night.
Twilight Concert Series
Now in its 35th year, the Summer Twilight Concert Series is returning to Del Mar. The series is a highlight of the season, and all concerts are free and open to the public. Shows kick off in the evening, just around sunset. Visit Del Mar Plaza for dinner and drinks before heading out to Powerhouse Park for a night of fun and dancing under the stars.
Many of our most popular restaurants—Shimbashi Izakaya, Del Mar Rendezvous, Pacifica Del Mar, and Il Fornaio—will also be selling Gourmet Beach Boxes before each event. Boxes can be pre-ordered online and picked up before the show starts. You can choose from several prix fixe menu options, and boxes contain all the utensils and dishes you need to have a proper picnic. Prices start at just $12.95 per box and include free parking at Del Mar Plaza.
Lil Tritons Club
The kids can get in on the musical action too at Del Mar Plaza! Every third Wednesday, the Hullabaloo musical duo will be playing children’s folk music out on our ocean-view deck. Children who attend the mini-concert will receive a coloring page and crayons. Our restaurants will be providing an incentive to lunch with us—immediately following the show, kids eat free at Il Fornaio and Pacifica Del Mar restaurants; at Del Mar Rendezvous, parents receive a 25% discount immediately following the show as well.
